Chickalicious is a Newcastle institution! Located just beside the station at the end of Grainger Street, the shop is popular with students, office workers and those after a post night out bite alike.
the challenge
Chickalicious' social channels didn't have a defined style and their posting schedule was often irregular. Working with our Newcastle team, we transformed the Chickalicious socials to showcase the variety of dishes on their menu. Working with our content and design team we developed a clear and fresh brand identity that brought all of their digital assets together giving a streamlined look. Finally, we worked with local influencers to increase brand awareness and drive offline traffic, particularly amongst students.
what happened
Following our work we've increased their social media insights significantly. Reach is up 495% on Instagram and 420% on Facebook on the previous months' of activity. In addition, our new content strategy has driven engagement to record levels whilst driving an increase in customers!
